G. R. Garg (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate

G.R. Garg is a commerce graduate from Punjab University. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) practicing since 1970. He is also a qualified Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost & Work Accountants (ICWA). He is founding partner of the firm.

He has over 48 years of experience in advising on tax matters to Indian corporations of which some are listed companies, large family owned businesses, taxation on Individuals, HUFs. He has made several representations on various taxation maters in Income Tax Tribunals and has assisted in large cases along with advocates to file appeals even in High courts.

He has great in depth knowledge of Indirect Taxes. He has been instrumental in devising various tax effective transactions for business houses.

Besides taxation, he has a vast experience of Audits like Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audits of companies, firms and banks

Gaurav Garg (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate

Gaurav Garg is a commerce graduate from Delhi University. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), practicing since 1999, in G.R. Garg & Co. He is an Information System Auditor (DISA), qualification awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2004. He is a qualified law graduate (LL.B).

His areas of specialization are Bank audits (Statutory, Concurrent and Stock and Receivables audit), statutory audits of Public Sector Undertakings, audits of companies, tax compliance and advisory - both, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Business Process Outsourcing and management consultancy.

Presented consolidating financial accounts and consolidated audit report to the World Bank and Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, on TEQIP Project, a project aided and financed by World Bank for upgradation of Engineering Colleges in India since year 2010-11.

He has conducted open sessions/ trainings/ workshops in various educational institutions relating to financial and non-financial topics throughout India.

Saurabh is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has more than eight years of experience in Due Diligence (covering Vendor and Buy side diligences) and more than five years of experience in Lead generation, M&A while working in Transaction Advisory verticals of BMR Advisors, EY, Accuracy India.
